La Quesadilla Fajita

Inspired by our customers, this quesadilla comes with grilled onions and bell-peppers, cooked with your choice of protein(or all three!), and stuffed and folded with cheese. Served with a side of rice, and a side salad of lettuce, queso fresco, tomatoes, and sour cream.
